      • Objectifs de la formation

      • The Accelerated Management Programme is a training for professionals who wish to expand their business functional knowledge and develop insights on cross-functional management principles. The programme offers the opportunity to: - Understand the challenges in functional areas - Develop essential theoretical skills and deepen understanding of core business topics. - Gain insights about personal management performance. - Build a network of professional contacts.

        The three-month programme is delivered through 6 core modules of 2 to 3 full days (Friday to Saturday or Thursday-Saturday). Each module is concluded with an assessment.
         
        Teaching and learning are carried out through a varied schedule of lectures, seminars, workshops and exercises. A comprehensive set of lecture notes is provided for each module and discussion of individual applications and problems is encouraged.
         
        Each module is taught by academics and experts in the field (see Faculty listing).
         
        This eagle-eye overview of management  is comprised of six core modules:
         
            1. Leadership & Self-Assessment
            2. Accounting
            3. Finance
            4. Strategic Management
            5. Marketing
            6. Project Management
         
        The programme provides a broad-based, practical introduction to the main concepts and approaches of management, combined with practical insights intended to be immediately applied in the workplace.
