      • Objectifs de la formation

      • This 2-day course will enable managers to identify a department's cost structure and assess how its value can be affected under different market conditions.  

        Participants will also learn how costs tend to behave as activity levels increase or decrease and how to estimate a product's value contribution.  

        Customer behavior will be analysed in its capacity to turn profitable products into loss makers. And adequat pricing tools (products and services) will be given.

      • During two full-day class, the following topics will be covered:

        - identification of department's cost structure
        - analysis of the impacts on costs based on the increase or the decrease of activity levels
        - estimation of a product's value contribution
        - evaluation of how customer's behaviour can turn profitable products into loss makers
        - analysis of the tools used to adequately price products and services
