      • Objectifs de la formation

      • This 3-day course aims at providing the foundations in finance and accounting in order to become conversant with financial statements and thus better understand how to read the impact of business decisions in your organisation’s financial report. Participants will also learn how to go beyond accounting figures to assess financial performance.

      • During a three-day course, participants will learn how to:

        - understand balance sheets and income statements of a company
        - assess financial performance of a company or a project
        - build your financial plan and cash-flow statement 
        - prepare and interpret a cash budget 
        - explain how a profitable company can go bust
